With more people than ever surviving cancer, there is a growing need to understand and support the long-term cancer journey.

As a society, we must become better equipped to address the lifelong physical, social and emotional needs of people living with cancer. We know that when surrounded by people, medical care and cancer resources that focus on a return to “normal life,” our chances for recovery improve. Whole-person cancer support care has emerged as a critical area of focus for cancer research, clinical practice, advocacy and services.

The Canadian Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association Foundation is committed to advancing awareness, understanding and action in support of the psychosocial needs of people living with cancer.
